Child Enrollment

Thank you for considering enrolling your child (or children) into the Northwest Montana Head Start program. We look forward to working with your child and your family!

Eligibility

• Child must be 3 years old by September 10th
• Child must NOT turn 5 before September 10th

Students with a diagnosed disability are eligible on their 3rd birthday.

Your completed application packet must include:

• Completed Child Enrollment Application
• Income Verification--For each adult in the household that has a legal relationship to the child or to the child's primary caregiver.
• Immunization Records--Please contact us if you need any assistance in obtaining documentation.
• Proof of Child's Age
